CIO KLUB reserves the right to take all measures necessary to prevent access to any service or termination of service if the terms of use are not complied with or are contravened or there is any violation of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.
MEMBERSHIP FEES & REFUND POLICY:
a) Member shall pay the stipulated membership fees to the Society in advance for the entire calendar year (April to March next year); If Membership Fee is applicable for a particular Type of Membership
b) A member shall pay the membership fee within 3 (Three) months from the due date of the membership fees (April – Jun)
c) Membership Fee shall be paid for full-year irrespective of Membership date.
d) Membership Fee shall not be refunded in case of Member surrendering any type of Membership.
e) Annual membership fees is INR 1200. Any approved change in membership fees will be communicated and updated on the website
f) In case of resignation, the fees paid by the member for the remaining period of the year shall stand forfeited i.e. the member cannot claim any refund of the amount already paid.
g) Membership fee shall not be refunded in case of member surrendering any type of Membership.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY:
a) The Honorary Treasurer of the Society has not received payment of annual membership fees of the society within three months from the due date of the membership fees
b) In case of change of Status of Membership type
c) Upon being adjudicated as being insolvent.
d) On resignation
e) Upon death of the member.
f) Any Violation of the CIOKLUB Code of Conduct
All legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
From time to time CIO KLUB may supplement these terms of use with additional terms pertaining to specific content (additional terms).
Such additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
